Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns / No Refunds
We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or any other reason once a purchase is completed. All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchange-Only Policy
Exchanges are strictly limited to the following two scenarios:
Damaged Items: If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Incorrect Shipments: If you received a different item or size than what was ordered.
3. Eligibility Window (3-Day Rule)
To qualify for an exchange, you must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
The 3-day window is calculated based on the delivery timestamp provided by the courier.
Requests made after this 3-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.
4. Condition of Goods
For an exchange to be approved, the item must be in its original condition:
Unused
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Items showing signs of missing packaging will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
5. Shipping Costs
Our Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping costs only if the exchange is approved (for damage or wrong item) and the item is returned in its original condition within the 3-day window.
Customer Responsibility: If the returned item is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or not in its original packaging, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
6. How to Initiate an Exchange
To start the process, fill the exchange request form with:
Your Order Number.
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Date of Delivery.
Reason.
